- Content Access: If you have accessed more than 25% of the purchased content, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.

3. Free Trials
- Free trials can be canceled at any time before the trial period ends without any charges.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription at the standard rate.
- You may request a refund within 48 hours of being charged if you forgot to cancel your trial.

7. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Stripe Processing: The refund will be initiated through Stripe within 24-48 hours of approval

- Currency: Refunds will be issued in the original currency and amount of the transaction
8. Disputed Charges and Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us directly:
